Mrs. Shikha Mehra Chawla is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our Company and has been associated with the Group since June 2022. She is also associated with Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (NSE Listed Company) as Non-Executive Independent director since May 2024. She is Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She has more than 10 years of significant experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, due diligence & corporate governance matters and has extensive experience in handling IPOs. She is responsible for leading the secretarial & compliance related functions of our Company. Prior to this, her previous stints were with NDTV Group  and IM+ Capitals Limited and Globalca Business Solutions Private Limited. She has also written various articles on various secretarial/compliance related topics which were duly published with Taxguru.
